What’s New at King of Kings Herzliya “Let There Be Light” Holiday Event This year so far has been a whirlwind! At the end of last year, our congregation held a “Let There Be Light” holiday celebration for Christmas and Chanukah, where we invited believers and unbelievers to pack out our home, eat Christmas cookies and hot cocoa, sit by a fire pit, sing carols while we shared a simple gospel message. Blessed… Looking back on our time so far in Israel, we have been tremendously blessed and shown extraordinary favor. We were able to come to Israel debt-free in August and we had already bought our major bedroom furniture when we had arrived. We have been provided for and sustained in every way. Settling In This past month has been a time of growth for us. On the practical side, we are starting from zero, having to purchase new furniture and household items, getting used to a new schedule and having Alon set in a new routine. Hello friends! We are settling in to life in Israel once again. We flew in on August 26 and found our home in Herzliya, Israel. Much of these last three weeks have been spent getting over jet lag, finding some essentials for our shared house, and meeting the members of the Herzliya King of Kings Congregation.
